In THE MALT, located on the site of the former Diamalt factory in Allach, you will find our fully compliant office space with 14 sqm starting February 2024 – your creative workspace in northern Munich for you and your team! Where malt candies and soup seasoning were once produced, our flexible loft offices in an industrial look have emerged from old factory spaces – completely renovated and both aesthetically and technically up to date.

As a flex-office provider, you are not just renting an office with us, but a complete package including all services and ancillary costs. Shared areas that you can also use, such as the kitchen, lounge areas, and think tanks, are included. Additionally, all our workstations are ergonomically designed, laid out according to workplace regulations (ASR), and perfectly suited for open space work: ergonomic chairs, electrically height-adjustable desks, large screens, and ample space per employee, as well as pleasantly dampened acoustics.

If you need more workstations on short notice, you can increase the number of available workstations through our coworking memberships – simple, flexible, and with short terms. With a coworking membership with us, you and your team – depending on the chosen package – can select the perfect workspace every day and utilize the entire network of locations.
