"Sandbox" Coworking / Office at Margaretenplatz

This creative lab with up to six workstations is located in a commercial space on Pilgramgasse in Vienna's 5th district, right next to the attractive Margaretenplatz and surrounded by several cafes, restaurants, shops, and other businesses. The Pilgramgasse U4 station is a 2-minute walk away.

The load-bearing brick walls in the existing space are completely exposed. A new room within the space serves as the space to facilitate initial sparks for future ideas. This self-sufficient, flexible space is fully connected to utilities and separates itself from the existing shell in terms of climate control (ventilation, sound, and heat), yet creates a strong visual connection with it through the semi-transparent walls. This nucleus serves as an ideal place for development and brainstorming.

The entire lab is approximately 70 m², can be used as a co-working space/office, and is ideal for freelancers and companies. Up to six workdesks can also be used as hotdesks. We are architects and have our own office in the adjacent premises directly across the street. The co-working space is suitable for various industries. Tables, shelves, armchairs, WiFi internet, and 24/7 access are included, and a company sign can be attached.
