Studio VIERZIGVIER

Located in the heart of Vienna’s 7th district, tucked away in a quiet inner courtyard, Studio Vierzigvier is opening its doors as a co-working space. The studio is fully accessible from the sidewalk to the workspace thanks to its ground-floor location. Despite the secluded courtyard setting, high-speed wired internet is available. There is a newly equipped shared kitchen with all essential appliances, currently including a Nespresso capsule machine. Coffee and tea are included in the rental price, as is the use of the Aarke carbonator. The space is cleaned once a week, and access is available 24/7 with your own key. A mailbox key is available on request, and using the space as a business address is of course possible. The workspace is intentionally kept small and personal. At the moment, it includes 6 workstations, a photo studio, a storage area with floor-to-ceiling industrial shelving, a small workshop, and the rented office spaces. Over the coming months, a meeting table will also be set up in the storage area and can then be booked separately. We look forward to welcoming you!
